Connected Mind™ is a mental health assessment tool designed to help healthcare providers take the guess work out of diagnosing and treating their patients for depression and other common mental health conditions. Its logic engine helps to accurately identify those conditions and provide better patient care. Connected Mind helps providers to make an informed decision regarding referral or treatment.
Rather than requiring a provider to pick and choose which assessment to administer, Connected Mind™ takes the guess work out of diagnosing. It uses a logic engine to add or rule out each condition. Then, it specifically tailors each successive assessment to the individual patient based on his or her responses. The end result is a customized report designed to give a provider everything they need to accurately diagnose and track each patient.
Connected Mind™ has 2 operating modes. Kiosk mode administers a basic screening, and based on the results of the screening successive assessments are added or eliminated. Manual mode allows a provider to choose which assessments to administer. Both modes allow a patient to choose their language, and walks them through answering each question. Once the assessments are complete, it instructs the patient to return the device.
